Nesterra Matching Gifts Program

Nesterra encourages employees to support charitable organizations that strengthen our communities. Through our Matching Gifts Program, eligible employee donations to qualified nonprofit organizations may be matched by the company, amplifying the impact of personal giving.

Matching Gifts Policy

The Nesterra Matching Gifts Policy outlines program purpose, eligibility criteria, matching limits, and administration guidelines.

Program Highlights

Eligible employees: Full-time and part-time employees
Match ratio: 1:1
Minimum donation: $25
Maximum match: Up to $2,000 per employee per calendar year
Submission deadline: Within 90 days of the donation date
Eligible organizations: IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofits, accredited educational institutions, and approved international equivalents

Matching Gift Request Form

Employees requesting a company match must complete the Matching Gift Request Form and submit it along with proof of donation (receipt or acknowledgment letter).
